project scoping, created deployment scheduling and site coordination. Site activities ranged from workstation

migration, file server updates and changes, system backups, virus protection, Nimsoft network monitoring, network

conversion ETC. The site locations ranged in size between 2 users and 170 users.

Handles all Storage and SAN systems in all Data Centers using EMX, DMX, Clariion, and Vmax systems . Maintain

documentation and performing data replications between all Data Centers. Provide support to several mission critical

applications as well as SQL Databases with over 80 Databases.

Closely manages IT infrastructure and a team of 7 with "follow the sun" 24/7 support for all global IT operations .

Performs upgrades to all Cisco wireless systems globally using Cisco WAAS technology for all site locations. Manages the

WAN, MPLS Network, and organization, providing support to migrations and upgrades for over 70 sites globally for both

Voice and Data, Exchange, VMware and well over 200 Windows applications.
