Description : The task was to deliver FE model for analysis. After

geometry cleanup, shell meshing has been done on extracted mid

surface. Quality Check Parameters were maintained such as Aspect ratio,

Skewness, Warping, Taper and Min & Max Length as per client requirements.

Project : FE Modeling of Front Door Trim

Tool Used : ANSA

Description : The main objective of the project was to create the

defect free FE Model of Door trim for analysis. Shell meshing has been

represented on mid surface. Ribs were captured and variable thickness has

been assigned to respective thickness collector as per client requirements.

Materials and Properties were assigned and finally quality check parameters

were maintained.

Project : FE modeling of Instrument panel & glove box

Tool Used : ANSA

Description : The task was to deliver FE model for analysis. After

geometry cleanup shell meshing has been done on extracted mid surface. Mesh

was checked for single bounds, T- connections. Quality criteria were

maintained as per client requirement.

Project : FE modeling of bonnet

Tool Used : ANSA

Description : The task was to deliver FE model for analysis.

After geometry cleanup, shell meshing has been done on extracted mid

surface. Mesh was checked for Single Bounds, Quality criteria were checked

and maintained as per Client requirements.
