Over 20 years construction experience on a large range of construction projects.
As a project manager my experience serves as a leader, with 360-degree
accountability on projects including: Class A entertainment, office, retail,
educational, federal government, residential and large scale civil. Experienced in
all types facets of construction and management including, design-build, GC/CM,
CM Consultant, GC for State/City work, GC/CM for real estate developer in NYC

Experience
Construction Project Manager for NYC real estate developer 4/1/13-
present; project budgets, RFP process, project scoping, bid process and
leveling, contract negotiation and issuance. Single point of contact
accountability from predesign to post occupancy/punch list completion.
Clients include hedge funds, high-end retail, federal government, mixed
use, as well as high rise renovation for local law 11 and portfolio capital
improvement for over 10,000,000 sq’ of High rise commercial space in
Mid-town Manhattan.

entertainment/ banquet hall. Features all imported finishes from
Italy and the Czech Republic, Italy and France.
