Customer Care Representative
In this position I was required to interact with customers: receive orders, process payment, and respond appropriately to customer issues. I was required to prepare the products as ordered by customers following the HAVE IT YOUR WAY service philosophy. In rare occasions I also unloaded and stocked products as they arrived at our location. After being employed by Burger King for 1 year I was trained for program for assistant manager. In this position I operated cash register or point of sale (pos) terminal, as needed. I was responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening & closing restaurant. I provided production direction to team members in a clear and concise way. In a team lead role I had to set an example for team members by working hard to implement shift plan and ensure swift and smooth production. I practiced delegating in a way that encourages team to work together during shift to ensure the restaurant operates to company standards. I directed, trained and motivated team members during shift on each of the workstations.
