In this current role I have been writing and developing

ISO 9001 Quality System Manual (s) as well as procedures, processes,

as well as Level I, II, and III documentation for a start-up PCB

manufacturing company here in the Columbus, Ohio area. This includes a

new ISO registration and certification site survey IAW current ISO

9001 conformance. These tasks includes all aspects from receiving,

inventory control, PCB Pick and place, Inspection In Circuit Board

Testing, Rework, and conformance to IPC 610 as well as IPC Rework

standards.

Intelisol, Inc. Ohio Operations

In this position I was responsible for Out of Warranty repairs

and testing of PCBA's, and other computer

peripherals. This operation supported Dell Field Service

Repairs and Fulfillment. This operation repaired PCBA's,

as well as performed ECN's, testing of HDD's, memory, CPU's,

Removable Storage Devices. Repairs of PCBA's

included Thru-Hole, BGA, and Surface Mount components.

Additionally I was responsible for site P & L, Quality

System Audits, Dell Quality Audits, Safety and OSHA as well as

Human Resource Management. Our operation

consisted of 100 Hourly Associates and 7 Supervisors.

Performed repairs using Glen Brook X-Ray and two BGA

reflow devices. All rework was IAW IPC-610 and J STD

Requirements. Managed BOM"s and ECO/ECN data

base as well as ECO/ECN implementation for Dell products.

In cooperation with supporting Dell, I managed the

relationships of 10 Grey Market Electronic Broker accounts

in support of Dell.
