In India 70% of population lives in small town and villages and 80% of healthcare services are concentrated in cities. To

bridge this gap the idea of low cost, no frill healthcare services model took a shape of 100 bedded Sanjeevani hospital

focused on primary & secondary healthcare services to rural population. The vertical focus was on maternity, paediatrics

& surgery. Started from scratch, scaled it to 100 beds with profitable midsize hospital before final exist.
