I have three years experience working as a personal assistant. During this role, I

sale reports as well as working with outside suppliers ensuring the website

reaches the high standards expected of the global company.

Previously I worked in retail, in a high end fashion store. I have also worked a

model for Monster energy, touring Europe during sports events and promoting the brand.

I have experience in Marketing and Media, also as a personal assistant.

I have acquired key skills having worked as a personal assistant for

three years including excellent time management, building business relationships, a high

standard professional manner, arranging and hosting conferences as well as in house

duties. During my time as a personal assistant I was promoted to Marketing assistant. This

role included writing press and magazine re-leases, scripting and overseeing tv adverts. I

also designed and ran the company's website, this included writing blogs, using google

analytics's, SEO.During my time here I also created and managed the company's social

networking sites, achieving 40k+ "likes".

In 2012 I entered work for Boots The Chemist, based in their head office, as an

EFSA consultant, my role was to work with the company's legal team to ensure the Boots

website was conpliant with new European Laws and ASA regulation's. During this

time I worked efficiently and effectively, I gained high knowledge in this subject from

attending meetings and working with an array of company's and department within the

company's. I effectively edited over 100 products on Boots.com within the four month time

frame, ensuring the website was conpliant within the given period. I now cascade my

knowledge and train others working in my area on these regulation's.

Presently I am currently an E-commerce Channel Assistant providing commercial

support to the Channel Manager and Assistant Channel Manager of the Boots.com

Healthcare team. Working as a Channel Assistant, my responsibilities include utilising

SAP and web based systems such as CMS and WebSphere Commerce, to generate and

maintain new and existing Healthcare products. I assist in the building and the

management of the online department and category pages to best highlight NPD,

promotions, key products and key areas. I champion SEO to improve traffic to Boots.com

by using Google insights and Coremetrics to ensure my categories are the highest

standard. I run weekly reports to capture category sales and track the performance of new

and existing key lines and ranges. I have developed strong relationships with suppliers

and other coleagues across the business, within the stores teams and Pharmacy and

Legal teams.

Interests

Outside of my career i enjoy reading, sewing and cooking. As I am originally from Devon,

only living in the Midlands for the previous four years, I enjoy water sports such as surfing

and paddleboarding. I also partake in Yoga, Pilates and am a keen cyclist.
