implement new programs within JDE. Instrumental in putting together Kronos project to apply 4 new Service Level

Packs to Kronos software. Also worked with the Network and AS/400 Support to find solutions for users with

Fully administer JDE World for the corporate office which chiefly encompasses utilizing the address book, SO

management, purchasing, A/P, A/R, general accounting, and inventory modules. Manage all programming and

operations projects for JDE on the I Series(AS/400), and hold senior responsibility for data security. Responsible

for IBM Scheduler and JDE Scheduler on the I Series. Develop reports for accounting, sales, purchasing, and

inventory through World Writers. Generate SQL statements for adds or changes in production and test

environments. Upgrade Softlandings(Turnover), Computer Keyes, ProData, as well as upgrade IBM OS 400 with

PTF’s. Responsible for all backups, saves, and offsite storage Conduct extensive diagnosis and repair on all

systems, and provided user support to approximately 40 employees.

PROJECTS COMPLETED:

Launched InterLink, to upgrade warehouse operations by incorporating barcoding technology.

Collaborated with InterLink programmers to interface the application with JD Edwards. Identified

additional hardware requirements, and purchased hardware so the system would effectively manage data

capacity. Ensured all files populated the new system correctly. Provided comprehensive user training.

Led a project to establish 4 new business unit warehouses, which primarily involved building new order

activity rules as well as general ledger accounts within JD Edwards. Performed comprehensive testing of

the system, and resolved technical issues prior to the successful launch.

Instrumentally contributed to an online ordering project, by leading the integration of PFSWeb with JDE.

Provided key guidance in redesigning Pizza Inn’s Internet portal, building more graphical user interfaces

to facilitate online ordering.

Contributed to team from in house distribution center to outsourcing to 4 distribution centers. Worked with

3 programmers on utilizing the JDE EDI programs. We currently outsource all distribution for Pizza Inn.

Manage the EDI reports daily for sales and Purchase Orders.

Tested the new mods for Pizza Inn Store Sales in JDE. All customized programs pull information from the

IFS folder on the I Series and put in new JDE files. Refresh the test environment and help end users

understand the new mod.
