URS Energy and Construction (contract with Pfizer)

Worked at Pfizer site Cambridge as HVAC Lead technician: Schedule work assignments and PM work to staff, while receiving maintaining and completing work orders on Maximo system, work along side crew performing work on VAV boxes, chillers, heat pumps, roof tops, -80 & -20 freezers, boilers and package units. Scheduled and monitored subcontractors as needed. Monitor building controls using Andover Control Computer system, monitoring Critical Lab and Animal holding area temps and humidity as well as office areas. Customer relations. Covered handled and assigned emergency calls. Take care of 2- six story and 2-three story buildings. With 4- 120 ton chillers 1-140 ton chiller 1-60 ton chiller & 1-40 ton chiller. As well as Chilled water systems, Air Handlers, HVAC Equipment, Humidification, Rooftop and Split systems. And various other equipment.
