Network Reports Operation Analyst (MPLS)-Aug 2011-Till date

Currently working with Tech Mahindra with BT in Network Report Operations

as a Network Reports Analyst

Service Operations:

. I am accountable for ensuring the network performance reports for all

the devices of the customers

. Need to add, modify, T/s and deleting network devices or reports

information within stipulated TAT of the Service or Incident request

. Work allocation management in Team and meet the target in given TAT

. Maintaining and monitoring Daily work allocation data

. Arranging and leading escalation calls and fulfilling customers

requirement

. Resolving issues by coordinating with different vendors

. Check the network issues on active network devices via Putty and

resolving the same

. Troubleshooting the connectivity of the Customer End and Providers end

routers

. Adding routers and switches into reporting from NRAT to Proviso via

daily load process

. Monitor daily load on Unix servers for any failure to report and t/s

the same to ensure it reflects in reports within the stipulated TAT

. Raise and resolve Incidents, Service requests on Bridge Clarify within

its stipulated duration as per the criticality of the same

. Network devices/reports are:-

. S2S probe creation and t/s, CoS missing on network

. Bandwidth change, Site friendly name change in reports

. Deletion of old reports and devices etc,

. Professional responsibilities include change management, project

management, technical training of end-users, documentation, following

company policies and procedures.

. Checking logs on Linux Serve to ensure that customer is getting

correct Reports

. we need to enable the CE and PE and enable the Reporting in the

proviso as per the requirement

. Checking the logs on Unix server if proper polling of devices have

been done on servers

. Working on technologies like MPLS and BGP technologies over frame

relay on MPLS cloud

. Reloading sites whenever there is failure of site reporting

CSI:

. Worked collocated with Wipro team to help them resolve the backlog of

the reporting of LBG and HBOS single handedly due to excellent process

knowledge

. Arranging calls with different line of support to improve the process

. Creating and updating process documents on regular basis

. Arranging calls with Customers to keep them updated about process

change
