I was one of the key holding managers for the Mankato location of Family

Dollar. My duties ranged from customer service; cashing out customers and

providing shopping assistance. Providing support services for the

cashiers; processing exchanges, returns, diffusing difficult situations,

answering questions, and taking calls. Store maintenance; recovering the

merchandise, cleaning the store, shutting down the equipment at the end of

the night, arming the security system and locking the doors. The most

important function was ensuring all of the money in the store was accounted

for by counting out the petty cash and compiling the daily deposit.

I was the key holding, weekend janitor for Rasmussen College. I worked

independently twice a week cleaning the Rasmussen building in Mankato, MN.

Rasmussen was my primary work location, I also worked at the downtown US

Bank location.

Northwest Airlines website customer service. I work with customers

experiencing problems using the features of nwa.com. Talking customers

through how to use the different features. By talking the customers

through the process allowed me to help find any technical problems to

report to IT. Also answering general questions about Northwest Airlines

and air travel.

Personnelist/Human Resources Generalist; US Air Force Reserve, Minneapolis,

MN.

I help members of my squadron navigate the bureaucracy of the Air Force. I

make sure members receive all of their benefits and pay. I maintained the

filing system, answered phone calls, and performed general office

maintenance. I process awards and decorations and weekend reschedules.

Working directly with the Commander, and the Operations Officer of the 96th

Airlift Squadron providing personnel support.

I cleaned the front and back areas of Mankato House and resident rooms.

Focusing mainly on resident bathroom and bedrooms; I would wipe down the

hard surfaces and scrubbing the floors and toilets.
