Successfully rolled out SAP ERP Central Component 6.0 on a global scale at 9 different site M BA

locations, managed a project team of 25+ and responsible for CTC specific budget of $3M.

Analyzed current state, designed business and system future state, and identified r isk/gain

t he proper methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma. Create roadmap design for improvements over

next 5 years.

Drive quantitative and qualitative improvements to reduce non-value add work and improve end

user satisfaction; establish a systemic problem solving atmosphere in order to identify the r isk and root

cause of problems in order to raise the level of maturity the business has when transacting in the

system.

Global Credit & Collections Manager

Credit & collections responsibility of $60M receivables, improved A/R working capital by $12M and

reduced DSO from 84 to 43 days with focus on payment options, term reduction, and removal of

i nvoicing defects. Provided bad debt allowance and DSO strategy updates to executive Credit

Committee.

Analytical review and ratio computation on customer financials and credit reports. Bankruptcy

t racking, filing Proof of Claim (POC) docs with courts, and developed custom reporting for ExCo to

p roactively monitor high risk customers based upon credit defenses used in bankruptcy cases (20-day

p riority and ordinary course of business).

Managed month end reconciliations, GL/JE fixes, indirect tax corrections, and audit work papers.

Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.

Global Lead for Divesture of Finance

Responsible for the global team that designed and separated the finance function for a $340M

t ransaction. The separation was an impact in 9+ countries and 20 + sites.

Developed a carved-out finance function for the divested business, including cash pool/sweep

accounts, credit enhancements and guarantees, expense management, completion accounts, and

i ndirect tax.

Negotiated t ransition services and separation matters with the buyer, tracked and reported project

status to the Executive Team covering 215+ separation activity functions and managed global team to

ensure that deadlines were met. Received recognition from CEO for demonstrated ability to stay on

t arget while in fluencing upstream and downstream managers and executives to remain on t rack.

Credit Analyst Supervisor

Designated lead systems administrator/trainer for cash applications, A/R, A/P modules within

M AS500, MFGPro, and Ellipse. Troubleshooter for cash application integration between ERP system

and bank including the Talc FTP Lockbox, EFT, and Wire payment files.

Lead team that researched and resolved unapplied cash applications of $80M due to system and

end user entry errors over prior 5+yrs, trained group on how to proactively ‘find’ system glitches in

M FGPro and Ellipse.

Created work environment that supported a synergistic relationship with all internal departments

(sales, customer service, logistics) and our valued external customers.

Revision of company credit policies and procedures, located and implemented add-on system

applications to increase efficiencies, designed internal/external forms to improve process flow.
