Work Experience:
My current position with the Department of Justice in the Information Systems Staff Division as a Record Center
Technician my duties entail on a day to day basis creating, editing and scanning Supervised Initial Release cases into
electronic documents while utilizing a digitalize scanning equipment. I respond to staff requests for records while
conducting a database search for information relating to Supervised Initial Release hearings and providing copies to
the staff either electronically or hard copies as needed. Retrieve BOP Sentence Computation Data for all Supervised
Initial Release Cases while utilizing a personal computer to access data system such as Doc view, Sentry Data, File
Hold, Share Point, Smart Application, Name Reg and Micro Soft Word. Received mailed correspondence, which is
scanned or forward to other staff members in the department. In my current position I served as a Docket Coordinator
in the Case Operation Division scheduling offender’s parole hearing such as Statutory Interim hearing, Initial
hearing, D.C Reconsideration hearing, Mandatory Release hearing, and D.C Rehearing for offenders that are being
release for a correctional facility or returning to the institution on an arrest warrant. Maintain communication with
Bureau of Prisons officials pertaining to offender’s parole hearing. I coordinate the scheduling of parole hearings with
Bureau of Prisons, Federal and State institutions, and Hearing Examiners. Workings from the institutional docket
sheet select the appropriate register number under the file type for institutional hearing and local hearing for the
Hearing Examiners.

Work Experience:
As an Archives Technician in the Old Military and Reference Branch I served as the primary representative of Nara
with a team of researchers in the Central Research Room Library. My duties entail micro-filming records of the civil
war and preparing reference control documentations to manage the movement of selected materials. I coordinated the
physical transfer of selected materials to the vendors for reproduction, and pulled original records related to the
project for the central research team and prepared appropriate paperwork to track the copying process of selected
records. I maintain communication with the project manager by serving as the primary liaison for the research team,
Central library and vendors. All records are reviewed in accordance with policies and procedures established by
National Archives & Record Administrations. I respond to oral and written correspondence relating to war of service
for genealogies purposes and providing information to other state government agencies.
