Computational tool development for optimizing the distribution network for On Demand

Nurse Scheduling Based on Quantitative Models of Work Related Fatigue

Application of mixed integer programming to develop a nurse scheduling model that

combines nurse fatigue into the objective function.

Integration of two quantitative models for work related fatigue, 1) survey based fatigue

scores and 2) circadian function based fatigue scores.

The determination of shift patterns for satisfying nurse preference and minimizing their

fatigues in a given time horizon.
