Project Profile: AXA Financial employs Lincoln Underwriting System (LUS)
for their automated life insurance underwriting process. Automated
underwriting is becoming a key point of differentiation strategy and is
helping insurance companies to speed up life insurance underwriting while
also reducing issue / issuance cost. LUS was developed to automate and
integrate all the steps in the life underwriting process. There have been
several major releases of LUS software required to accommodate product
changes and user enhancements every year. For each release, the project
