CALIBRATION LAB MANAGER

Managed an A2LA Accredited ISO 17025 Calibration Lab performing calibration and repairs of precision equipment for EMC/EMI Probes and Antennas up to 40GHz. Used web-enabled applications and services.

- Successfully passed an A2LA in-house Audit with 6 deficiencies and correctly replied to the audit deficiencies resulting in the renewal of our Scope of Accreditation. Implemented the Power Meter and Signal Generator Calibration augmentation to the Scope; developed uncertainty budgets. Allows for the in-house calibration of power sensors and

signal generators.

- Created annual budgets for capital items to be purchased to replace aging TMDE.

- Attested to all calibrations performed in the Lab for Production and customer work to ensure accuracy and within tolerance.

- Created uncertainty budgets for equipment calibrated.

- Reduced turn-around time by 75% in less than 12 months though team building and leadership.

PROGRAM MANAGER - SENIOR LEAD

Deputy to the Assistant Executive Director, providing management, coordination and direction of maintenance support services for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Regional Support Center contract, worldwide. Operations Management support services include recruiting and hiring for deploying personnel for SWA.

- Synchronized the coordination and seamless transfer of the Army Vehicle Optical Sensor System, Phase One Program to a new task order for Phase Two.

- Designed, synchronized, and reviewed over 75 resumes in 25 days; interviewed 38 and recommended 28 for hire in support of an Army's Elevated Sensors Class for a January 2010 start date.

CACI International Inc. (Acquired American Management Systems in 2004); Fairfax, VA 2002 - 2008

LOGISTICS ENGINEER 3 (2004 - 2008)

Retained and promoted following CACI International Inc.'s acquisition of American Management Systems to provided consultative engineering and technical support to the Navy Metrology Deputy Executive Director; the Navy's Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) R&D; the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Test Equipment Maintenance (TE) Programs.

- Planned, coordinated, and directed the NAVSEA TE Maintenance Program providing business analysis, policy, instruction and procedures development, and program management as the Acting Team Lead for 17 months.

- Key contributor to a comparative economic analysis between a

government developed and a commercial off-the-shelf, automated calibration system that and enabled senior Navy METCAL management to determine whether to proceed with a technical evaluation.

Consulted with the Navy METCAL R&D and NAVSEA METCAL Program Managers to provide technical and staff support in engineering, policy, processes, and procedures.
