Objective: Employment with a growth oriented company calling for a self-motivated individual with

versatility to achieve projected results.

Skills: I am dedicated, detail oriented, learn very quickly, and work hard. I enjoy being a problem

solver. I have experience with V12, Servman, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and Stata

programs.

Education: I graduated as high school valedictorian from Port Aransas High School in 2008. I have

attended Rice University from 2009 to 2012, but I have not finished my degree as of yet.

Work History:

Addison Group (September 2013-October 2013): I was an Escrow temp for Midland Mortgage

through the Addison Group. The job entailed verifying the escrow amounts as well as late charge

information for specified loans during this escrow project.

Waggoner’s Heating and Air (July 2012- August 2013): I started employment at Waggoner’s

Mechanical Services and was immediately subcontracted out to Waggoner’s Heat and Air to be the

accounting department’s data entry clerk. That developed into being completely responsible for

accounts payable and all inventory data. I created and received purchase orders daily and reconciled

vendor accounts monthly. I saved the company literally thousands of dollars by resolving tax and

material issues with vendors. I was also responsible for streamlining and revamping the way inventory

was ordered and accounted for. I then was promoted to being the New Construction Office Manager,

where the responsibilities included scheduling, creating materials lists for jobs, ordering and receiving

material for those jobs and for warehouse inventory, invoicing, dealing with complaints, and other day

to day operations. The entire time I was the new construction office manager I was also still

responsible for all inventory data, which included creating items in the system, maintaining cost

tables, and maintaining/entering vendor pricing information and inventory counts.

Starkey Properties (summer of 2010 and 2011): I was the receptionist. I greeted people, checked

customers in and out of their vacation rental, answered phones, filed, created tourist packets. I handled

complaint calls and made sure they were followed up with. I generated and scheduled maintenance

work orders and followed up to make sure they were completed.

City of Port Aransas (Feb 2006- April 2012): I was a senior lifeguard. I was responsible for the other

lifeguards, swimmers, and light maintenance of the pool. I checked people in and did the daily receipts

at the end of the day as well.
