Accountant: Responsible for the entire Accounting function Financial
reporting, cash flow (income and expenditure) statement.
Monitoring accounts payable and receivable, bank accounts and
line of credit, cost allocations to different departments, cost
analysis and allocations by making appropriate journal entries.
Supervised accounting, purchasing, night audit and human
resource personals.
Human Resources and Payroll: Managed all human resource
activities for staff of 65 plus employees. Controlled individual
department budgets, payroll and human resources management.
Involved in hiring and screening according to the policies and
procedures of the company. Directed all payroll activities
including performance evaluations, salary increase, benefits,
federal and state tax reporting.

Accountant: Responsible for accounting functions cash flow (income
and expenditure) statement bank and credit card reconciliation.
Accounts payable include coding checking with purchase orders,
process invoice and expense reports, accounts reconciliation
with vendor, accrual adjustments, prepares necessary journal
entries. Accounts receivable includes credit authorization,
billing and collections, prepare receivable aging report and
presenting to the management.
Human Resources and Payroll: Managed all human resource
activities for staff of 65 plus employees. Controlled individual
department budgets, overtime etc, Involved in hiring and
screening, employees according to the policies and procedures
of the company.
