Manage build-outs, fixture design, layouts, budgets and timing for Under Armour shop installations

inside wholesale retailers like Dicks Sporting Goods and Sports Authority. With internal partners

(account, brand, and product managers) and external partners (general contractors, fixture vendors,

and graphic designers), manage from inception to launch for long term re-models and short-term

semi-permanent seasonal elements.

Partner with Retail Development Manager and team in Cupertino while based in Chicago - oversaw

new store construction (build-outs, costs, schedules, and drawings) and facilities preservation of

sixteen stores including two flagship designs downtown. Procured and managed the relationship with

all construction teams, maintenance vendors, and local store managers for immediate and scheduled

work on area stores. Created RFP documents and managed all financial communications between

vendors and Apple finance. Coordinated over fifty new store openings. Managed three administrators.
