Ben F. Espanto brings a diverse background in marketing, branding and

graphic design to his role as director of marketing at Spotlight. Espanto

has a penchant for everything web related, including search engine

optimization and social networking programs. His main focus is the team

channel that dealt primarily with acquiring leads from cultivating

relationships with the major sports leagues, NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB, as well

as rolling out a new marketing automation tool Marketo, restructuring of

Salesforce and revamping old sales and marketing processes.

Previously, Ben was the Marketing Director at the Kavinoky Law Firm. He was

responsible for all traditional and web marketing strategies. He was the

chief "rain maker," optimizing leads to all the websites and online

directories. His targeted Web 2.0, SEO and PPC strategies have increased

ROAS while minimizing SEM budget. He believes that time-tested, traditional

marketing strategies should be modified and implemented in current web

campaigns.

At Sotheby's International, Ben created and cultivated products and

services with an emphasis on technology. His role was to keep Ewing &

Associates at the forefront of real estate, and to ensure that clients were

given the best service possible. He was successful in taking a relatively

in its niche. Before that, Ben was creative director for Prudential

Ben graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor's of Science degree

in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Woodbury University in Burbank,
