Florida and 1000 condo conversion units between
Texas and Arizona.

directly related to successful management and
recognition from past and current clients.
In addition to my VP duties I also assisted with
training for Yardi Systems and assisted training
for over 250 employees nationwide.

As Regional Vice President for Braeside Group, I
successfully oversaw the operations of 1000
multi-family units which included a total rehab 241
unit complex.
I successfully built strong relationships with
community and vendors to increase market share, and
created new amenities to enhance appeal and value.

clients and guest suites, and closely monitored
expense management and control.
