CONTROL PANEL OPERATIONS:

where gas is gathered from various gathering stations and treated with

Responsibilities like NDT conformity checks as per P&ID, Witness

Hydro test, Air blowing, Pressure leak test, N2 Purging and Sweeping on

flare header, Fresh water system in line, Instrument Air, Plant Air header.

Control valve loop checking, righting the punch list and clearing.Chemical

cleaning and oil flushing on compressors lube oil line, Motor run in (solo

run) Vessel inspection as per build up condition or as built, Equipments

and rotating equipments for function test. Check all ESDV, SDV, and BDV for

function test, check deluge system, and Fire and Gas System function..

Operations involved in Multi phase meter for testing wells,

Three phase separators (7 first stages & 5 second stages), Crude oil

heaters & Heat Exchangers of 5 trains, Heat medium systems of (4 Boilers),

Chemical injection pumps, Accumulator, Flare knockout drum, Seal pot, Flare

stack, Gas boot, Floating type crude storage tanks, Fuel oil tanks, Booster

pumps, Metering skids, Meter Prover, Produce water system, Skimmed oil

tank, Pilot water injection system, Aeration tower, Blow down tank, Pig

receiver for individual wells as well as oil gathering manifolds(OGM) and

UTILITIES :

WELL HEAD OPERATION:

Well experienced in Well Testing, Well Completion,

Start-up and Shutdown Procedures, Inspection of Xmas tree and flow line

check-up for leaks. Flow line-flushing jobs. Isolation & hand-over Wells

to well services for maintenance, Wire line Operations, SSV & SSSV

operations, Well Head Panel Operations, flow-line Choke changing and

collecting the samples.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN OIL INDIA (RAJESTHAN) :

GLYCOL DEHYDRATION UNIT :

Glycol contactor - Glycol recovery scrubber - Reboiler,

Burner reflux coil - Glycol flash drum - Glycol and charcoal filter - lean,

rich Glycol exchange - Glycol storage tank - three way valve - Glycol and

circulation pump operation - Glycol pumped in the system and also the pH

valve checking at Glycol - Fuel gas, Pilot gas, blanket Glycol purification

- Glycol Regeneration - Natural Gas dehydration - coalesce separator - Gas

and stripping gas operation.

GAS COMPRESSION AND GAS PLANT OPERATIONS:

Worked in the Gas Gathering station gas compressor

facilities, Gas treatment plant Handled gas driven cat engine gas

compressor (Reciprocating and Centrifugal). Start up and stop logics,

isolation and De-isolation of compressors, recycle and anti-surge

functions, gas knock out scrubbers. Auxiliary pumps, heat exchangers etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN OFFSHORE PLATFORAMS BLQ 1, BLQ 2 & SHP (MUMBAI/2004-

2007)

During the past career experienced in the following areas,

Oil and gas gathering station, Offshore production platform, Artificial

lift System & Early Production Facility, Gas compression and Gas plant,

Water Treatment & Injection Plant, Well head Installation, Make regular

checks of well heads, Separator, Instrument Air and all measuring units to

ensure that they are functioning properly as per the standard operating

procedures. Report all instrument and equipment defects and leaks

immediately to the control room and take necessary action. In well testing

each and every hour a variety of readings such as oil and gas flow,

temperature and pressure and record unusual occurrence then reporting to

the control room. Start, check and stop pumps according to the

instructions. Assist in isolating-draining, Purging and handling over

equipments for maintenance on inspection and check the equipments for

correct operating when the maintenance job is completed. With the help of

my coordinates, Launching pigs into pipe lines and receiving pigs from pipe

lines and check it for damages. Collect oil, Gas & Water samples.

CENTRAL PRODUCTION FACILITY AND TANK FORM:

Receiving Crude from Remote Degassing Stations, Gas

Boot and Slug catcher, Produced water Tank, Skimmer Tank, Storage Tank

Operations. Crude Transfer pumps unit and Trouble Shooting as per Cause &

Effect Logics operated Central Production Facility Capacity of 1,00,000

BPD. Actively involved in the calculations of daily productions, Weekly

and monthly reports, Production test, Work sheet, And Work permit

procedures.

CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM :

Handled following Crude Oil injection & Treatment

Chemicals such as pour point Depress and, Demulsifier, Gas phase corrosion

inhibitor, Liquid phase Corrosion inhibitor and water injection chemicals

such as Biocide, Oxygen Scavenger, Scale inhibitor, Gas treatment chemical

like Glycol.

SAFETY:

Familiar with all safety systems in the plant like

Emergency shutdown, Fusible loop Shutdown valves, F&G system, GAS detector,

UV detector, Deluge valves, knowledge in HSE, Handling PPE, Abandon alarms,

Life boat, Life raft, Scramble nets, Swing ropes and well knowledge of

using Dry powder extinguisher (25kg), CO2 extinguisher (10kg), Fire Foam,

Fire hydrant, Dispute water sprayer, eye washer and Breathing apparatus,
