finishes, a revolving dance floor, and a new terrace on the 65th floor

2008 – April 2013

Rockefeller University (Lark, Vault, Smith, CRC, Flexner, Welch), New York, NY

The construction of multiple projects including Bioscience Center, newly renovated laboratory structures conducting

neuroscience and behavior research, Collaborative Research Center, a new 60,000 sq-ft eight story, glass enclosed structure and

renovations of two Neoclassical style laboratory buildings, Smith and Flexner, with a combined total of 200,000 sq-ft, Welch Hall

Library, a five-story historical library, combining all projects at an estimate of over $1.2 billion dollars

Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY 2003-2008

The construction of multiple buildings including Jerome L. Dawn Greene Medical Arts P avillion, a 150,000 sq-ft, eight-story

facility including medical office space and a new 400 space garage, the Children’s Hospital, a 139,000 s q-ft pediatric center

consisting of an 18-bed PICU, clinic space, and day hospital and major renovations and expansion to the Moses Campus

including infrastructure, campus infill, cogeneration projects, and emergency room expansion. Estimated at over $500 million

dollars

Bellevue Hospital Center, New York, NY October 2002-2003

The construction of multiple projects, new main entrance to hospital campus, new 210,000 sq -ft Ambulatory Care Facility,

renovation of 80,000 sq-ft inpatient facility, and a 45,000 sq-ft Critical Care Unit. Estimated at over $115 million dollars

Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY 1999-2002

New construction and modernization of entire hospital (6 floors). Estimated at over $150 million dollar, consisted of a new

emergency room, a new addition of an 85,600 sq-ft facility and the renovation/modernization of an existing structure made up of

154,000 sq-ft. Project included an extensive fire alarm system, nurse call system, medical gas alarm system, pre -action system,

UPS system, 1250kW emergency generator, low voltage system, specialty radiology systems. lighting and power systems
