program will requires the conversion of 6 million customers into the new system as well
as support the 200+ interfaces which are used on a daily basis by frontline associates
that support U.S. Cellular customers.
2011 – 2013 Test Manager Front Office, Enterprise Test Management (ETM)
• Coach and mentor a team of 5 associates in providing guidance in testing processes
and deliverables.
• Assist each associate in creating comprehensive development plans and reviewing
quarterly for progress.
• Responsible for individual and team performance in the areas of test
planning, test design and test execution and collaboration with various
workgroups including 3rd party vendors.

for the Internal TSS Team (28 testers), Amdocs testing team offshore/onshore (100+
testers) and external consultants (15 externals).
• Oversee and managed 4 TSS teams – Customer Management(CM), Operations
(OPS), Resource Inventory and Management (RIV), and Sales, Order and
Provisioning (SOP)and provided direction to (20) testers.
• Responsibilities included inspection for system testing, end-to-end testing, production
readiness testing, UAT support as well as data creation, provisioning, inventory, and
report validations to minimize impact to customers and business operations.
• Provided daily execution metrics to stakeholders.
• Built relationship with the Defect Manager to provide the updates on the escalation of
defects to the Command Center.
