SR. CIVIL PROJECTS MANAGER / SUPERENTENDENT

As a Sr. Civil Projects Manager my duties are to assist in planning, directing,

supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and

administrative functions of a project. To make recommendations and participate in

the planning for engineering, permitting & construction operations. Participate in

engineering & utility site walks and review construction drawing documentation.

Interface with local jurisdictions and utility providers for permitting and

infrastructure delivery. Monitor subcontractor operations including enforcement of

all contractual obligations. To oversee the work of sub-contractors progress and

work with program teams in determining any changes required to maintain

commitments. Ensure safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA regulations,

Project Safety Plan, Subcontractor Safety Plans & Activity Hazard Analysis.

Perform quality control functions to ensure all work is performed according to

contract documents and industry standards.
