GVK EMRI 108 is a Emergency Management Research Institute is the only
Organization under working for Society in securing their Health & wealth
to reduce Death ratio & increase Life Span if Individual with the Head
Quarter Andhra Pradesh, India. Operations started in AP on 15th August
2005 with 80 Ambulances by Satyam Groups with 95% private, 5% Govt -share
& later Headed by GVK with 100% Govt. share & Additional 5% Private share
for Operational Management by GVK. As a company 108 is in 12 State's & 2
Union Territories with more than 6000 Ambulances across India & heading
towards Other countries. In AP on an average 108 serves 3000 Cases/day &
40,000 Cases/day across India.

Handling Adilabad--Karimnagar District staff & operation's trough
6-Divisional Manager's.
Responsible for creating at least 4 Donors per location for 64 locations &
maintaining good relationship with Regular fund Donors for maintenance of
staff amenities, Critical cases, Ambulance Maintenance, Medicines & other
Welfare activities.
Responsible for running 64(locations) Ambulances & 6 Back up Ambulance's
for covering 100 Mandals to ensure 100% on road availability to serve all
the cases without fail.
Decrease Vehicle Busy & Un-Availed cases by monitoring Ambulances by
calling them randomly & making Surprise visits to ensure their
availability, Record's, Location Status & Ambulances Maintenance.
Responsible for monitoring all the cases assigned by Center on an hourly
basis & admission Maximum to Govt. Hospitals & maintaining complete track
record of the cases done, report to Center by means of online & Paper work
with T-T Supply Log's.
Responsible for Monitoring Private Hospital Admissions with all the
accurate reasons & Permission taken by Program Manager with a code no

Recruiting EMT's & Pilot's from graduation & 10th basis respectively &
providing Training to all according to the updates from the Head Quarters.
Ensuring the entire query raised at the call center were cleared by
calling customers & clarifying their problems caused by Ambulance staff &

Allocating payments according to the budget allotted & ensure satisfaction

& Best KMPL to run ambulance efficiently without any break downs.
