Served as an assistant to a new branch manager. I reviewed all incoming resumes for new loan officers potential employment. I ordered laptops from our vendor, set up voicemail, registered new employees
into company required training and compliance courses. I was the liaison for all customers, bank managers, realtors, title companies, builders, appraisers, insurance companies etc. I coordinated with
bank managers and all loan officers to ensure the proper customer service was in place. As well as to coordinate current cross sell initiatives. I made sure all loan officers serviced current and

I transitioned into a position as Customer Service Rep for the Houston Area. I co-managed from 10-17 loan officers and took new applications for existing and/ or potential clients. I investigated /
approved insurance checks for existing Wells Fargo when Hurricane Ike hit the Houston/Galveston area. Our group expanded from 2 to 16 in a matter of months. We soon became one of the most profitable

Branch Loan Processor
In May of 2010 a position became available for a Branch Loan Processor which I applied & received. This new position allowed me to use my skills obtained in the past to become a loan processor. My job
duties included a variety of loan documentation on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for loan products.
Functions included; Processing, closing and compliance for loan products, interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation
and subsequent follow- ups. I also provided guidance and training to new loan processors while maintaining my own pipeline of loans. I acted as a liaison between realtors, clients, title companies and
