. A- Surface is received from the customer and B-surface created by
considering the main tooling direction, slider and lifter

. Involved in the project from concept design to Prototype.

. Manage the fine tunings of the process and the part with the supplier
and tool maker.

. Reverse engineering of components with modification and value addition
to utilize
most of the existing parts.
. Design is done as per the mounting of ignition coil.
. A reference model was also provided for a better knowledge of the
product.
. Designing of Supporting Brackets by considering the manufacturing and
assembly feasibility.
. Interaction with the customer during development phase in designing the
customer interface
. Co-ordination with clients for reporting status of task, presenting the
queries and receiving the feedbacks.
. Designing and Detailing of Individual Part with GD & T in accordance to
the surrounding environment.
. Preparing the Bill of Material.
. Making relevant modifications with design plans and structures with the
specification interacting with Customer (CAE team) for the design
modifications.
. Technical discussion conducted with the client regarding the design &
also suggestions from the customer's end to incorporate some changes
were the main inputs for the design.

3] Pencil Coil:
Client: Hyundai Motors
Duration: 7 Weeks.

. Reverse engineering of components with modification and value addition

of BOM, drawings and specifications.
. Making the feasibility study by considering the manufacturability of
