Statistical and Predictive Analytics Consultant
Lehigh University, Enterprise Systems Center
Developing unique and unusual statistical models for diagnostics and systems process transformation
Developing and preforming predictive analysis on existing business models and products
Implementing custom validated surveys and assessments for data attainment.
An organization had been undergoing a large turnover rate in employee acquisition and retainment with no clear understanding for the
cause. By creating an Inference Model a validated diagnostic and instrument algorithm through experimental methodology was
developed. Personnel and productivity data from a large logistics corporation was compiled for analysis. A Factor Analysis was used
providing significant “within” assessment correlations. MANOVA revealed statistically significant variable relationships which led to
clear quantitative conclusions. The statistical observations were used for diagnostic assurance, further data gathering and for
generating a corrective resolution plan. The results and resolution plan were accepted and implemented by top corporate management.

Finical decisions based on quantitative observations used in sales and
stock acquisition reports resulted in effective forecasting for
portfolio management.
Utilizing a Congruence Regression Model productivity and management
competence were measured by utilizing a pattern analysis algorithm.
Data acquisition through person to person interviews and surveys led
to the development of a unique validated instrument. The instrument
was deployed through a private online survey system. Pattern and
regression analysis provided key target points for organization
development and problematic management. The implemented results
provided top management target points for change as well as legal
quantitative measures for certain personnel dismissal.
