In charge of the coordination of work activities, control of goods in and out, relations with

contractors and suppliers, SAP key user

At present I coordinate the workload and working hours of the warehouse staff (20 people) and I

control the goods in and out as well as the relations with suppliers and contractors.

I was chosen as a “key user” when the company migrated from AS400 to SAP in January 2010.

In the period September – December 2010 I attended the intensive course Elica organized to

teach how to use SAP in the warehouse.

At the end of the course I trained my colleagues on the use of SAP. In July 2013 I attended a

refresher course on WCM dynamics and I received an attendance certificate.

July 2002 - March 2010 Elica Mergo (AN - Italy)

I was in charge of the preparation of the goods necessary for the production lines of the

company’s main products. I had the responsibility of preparing the goods (both the right type and

right quantity) and of organizing the work across the shifts within the warehouse.

I used the AS400 system and I have years of experience in managing warehouses with huge

fluxes of goods and a high number of items. Previously I worked as a goods receiver and

manager of the storage of the goods. I was also in charge of checking the goods for damages

and charging them back to the suppliers. I have also gained the attendance certificate to the

theoretical and practical course for fork lift operators on the Italian 626 law concerning workplace

safety.

I managed the shop as well as the staff, suppliers, warehousing and relations with banks and

customers. I deepened my knowledge of Microsoft and internet software.

On the occasion of the opening of the new medicine warehouse, I was in charge of organizing and

starting the operations in the warehouse. I also managed the staff and the relations with suppliers and

customers, I was in charge of managing the shipment of the goods and receiving and stocking them.

At Agus&Nuti, a company operating in the medicine warehousing business, I learned to use electric

and manual fork lifts and warehouse software.

Skills

Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.

Deep knowledge of SAP, AS400 WCM, . Good knowledge of the main office and internet browsing

programs.
