Job Title: master assembler

Detail job Description: I assembled and tested medical oxygen concentrators. I worked as a

PSA tester which involved the assembly of preassembled parts ( compressor,sieve beds,two

manifolds and a circuit board). After assembly they are placed onto testers where they are

monitored for leaks and tested for purity. I worked in subassembly areas doing tasks as

building small wire harnessing, assembling tubing to brass fit t ings. Prepping batteries

w ith Velcro as well as tie-wrapping of tubing assemblies was also done. In the sieve room I

built sieve beds for the Newlife and Freestyle product lines. We used a Fanuc press to crimp

a luminum tubing so that the resulting beds could be filled with a chemical sieve and then

were capped. I also did rework/repair on older units changing out old sieve beds for

rebuilding. I also participated in a yearly inventory count.
