UPON my return to Canada I administered a $1.8 Million budget -- Government Grant. (18

months) and co-ordinated the entire project

- hired 128 people and assigned them appropriate positions and duties . I purchased heavy

equipment and all material needed. I oversaw the entire project and built Iron Mountain Golf

Course for hockey legend Mark Messier.

I Studied for and passed Financial Services industry courses and accomplished designations FIC

FICF CSA, CFP CLU, Mutual Fund & Stockbroker Course and hold an Officers, Partners and

Directors Certification.

- Managed financial services offices and sold financial services over 10 years. Effectively and

productively I interviewed, hired, managed and top mentored agents. Worked for with my team

and managed profit and loss actuarial and projections and overachieved targets and incentives.

Recipient of the Top Canadian Agent Award.

Sought out new clients and exercised a fact finding session to determine needs and practical

goals within means and competencies. Financial planning and sales of intangible products:

insurance, disability, RRSP, Retirement plans, group insurance, partnership insurance and

corporate planning.

- Responsible for leading staff to ensure efficiency and goal completion with remarkably

minimal staff turnover.

Currently Employed as an account executive (sales) providing merchant terminals to businesses

enabling them to process Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit payments.
