CRT (Credit Risk Transfer) Release 1:

CRT enables investors to take advantage of Freddie Mac’s risk management expertise and gain exposure to the US housing market. CRT has fundamentally changed the nature of housing finance by transferring credit risk from US taxpayers to private capital markets. CRT offers STACR (Structured Agency Credit Risk) and STACR SPI (STACR Securitized Participation Interests) mortgage security products. CRT consumed Loan APP as a source for “Newly funded loans” and “Monthly Servicing Activities”. Loan APP is a solution for loan data completeness as a single source for internal consumer and streamline the flow of data elements to CSS via multiple interface to gain more business value. Loan APP extract data from legacy source such like MIDAS, RDS, CDW and SAP application.

QUANTUM Modernization (QMOD):

Quantum is one of the core components in mortgage process. Client is purchasing loans from primary mortgage sector such like local and nationalized Banks and process through underwriter for settlement.

Responsibility:

Worked closely with Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business, Developers to ensure that the application meets the Business requirements, Business Rules under Agile environment.

Actively participated in requirements analysis, design, scripting, execution, and reporting for function, E2E testing.

Created test cases for CRT E2E, WLS, EDS, ERR, and IRCI modules and maintained in HP-ALM.
