Propelled a near worst-to-first turnaround of Colorado Springs Kiosk transforming one of the district’s lowest ranked stores (#17 out of 17 in sales with the lowest attachment rate in region) to #4 in sales Revenue, #1 in percent to Goal, #1 in Year over Year Growth and Highest Dollar Revenue of Accessory sales in 2009.
Recruited, Interviewed, and Trained staff in Other Districts and stores in Cheyenne and Casper Wyoming, Flagstaff, Prescott, Chandler and Gilbert Arizona, and Northern District of Minnesota.
