Embedded Systems Design Engineer Intern, 05/2017 to 08/2017- ASIC NORTH INC, Williston, VT Worked with STM Nucleo board and LRWAN expansion boards to implement LoRa (Long range) WAN technology for ASIC North IoT devices. Familiarized myself with MultiTech Gateway and NODE-RED platform. Wrote, compiled and debugged codes extensively in Embedded C and SmartBasic to interface BLE+LoraWAN for ASIC North IoT devices. Understood security functionality such as AES encryption techniques to be used in IoT devices. Create Schematic for ASIC North M0 microcontroller chip and Semtech 1276 interface using Cadence design library and editor tools. Create reports on range and power consumption for IoT devices.
