Placing LPO with principals and constant follow up and with the factory to ensure the timely work progress.

Review and approval of sub vendor offers and related documents.

Compiling specifications, work instructions, material & test certificates, quality plans, user instructions and other docs for the project from principals and sub-vendors.

Preparing progress report for client submission and ensuring progress and delivery as per the schedule.
