WORK EXPERIENCE:

National Asbestos Abatement (NAA Inc.) – Project Supervisor 2005-2013, 2014-Present

Supervised a group of 90 employees to complete work dealing with the following: stream restoration site earthwork dyke, stream diversions, sediment control, water, storm, sanitary sewer, piping, and structures

Supervised electrical upgrade from inception to completion on a project that consisted of 34 buildings and 194 housing units at James Bland Exterior Rehabilitation and Alexandria Housing Redevelopment Authority. Responsibilities included: Daily reports to management, coordination with subcontractors, ordering and receiving materials, providing notices to owners and occupants, and review of subcontractor invoices and city inspections.

Supervised a group of 30 employees to remove asbestos, encapsulate and reinstate pipes and tanks in different government offices, D.C. schools, and private buildings, and purchasing and delivery of necessary materials and equipment to employees in order to complete job without delaying progress of the project.

Other duties and responsibilities included: Preparing and reviewing shop drawings, supervising construction to ensure compliance within plans specifications and financial funds allotted, and acting as financial advisor on subcontractor invoices.
