Location: Sarni, Madhya Pradesh.

Flame scanner control panel erection and commissioning Mar 2016 –July 2016

Key Responsibilities:

Survey the site Condition And study the Existing Details.

Prepare Bill of Materials As per Site Condition.

Flame Scanner Control Panel Manufactured for Oil and Coal Burners With SS-1 And SS-11 chassis.

Corresponding Intensity, Frequency Detection and Microcontroller card designed and tested with SS-1 and SS-11 chassis.

Linked Scanner Control Panel with Unit and Elevation panel on Boiler Using FSSS Relay logics.

Dismantled Existing Relay logics and add our scanner with burner trip logic.

Interfaced scanner control panel with RS232, RS485, MODBUS protocol and displayed the flame sensed by the scanner using HK01 Scada.

Flame scanner calibration setup as per boiler condition.
