Job Description :
-Responsible for checking and Monitoring of all Technician activities compare to document signed.
-Responsible for all Radiography Film and ensure client has review and signed at report. And store the film project until finish project and make sure the film is safe.
-Responsible for checking and monitoring of all NDT Equipment certificate
-Monthly Checking All Document for Routine Audit Project
-Monitoring PCM (Project Certification Module) & Minimize all Outstanding NDT for Production
-Monitoring system to ensure documents have been distributed as required
-Producing reports daily, weekly and monthly as required
-Ensuring copies of all documents uploaded in system are stored in files for backup purpose.
-Monitoring overdue release of documents in an effort to minimize outstanding CIR.
-Updating information on CIR on a monthly basis to assist PMT & Qc Inspector in issuing reports.
-Controlling all consumable IN & OUT for MPI / UT / RT & Review batch Certificate.
-Responsible to make man hours for Safety Record
-Prepare all Report and Time Sheet & Man hours for INHOUSE Project, such as: (WQT + PQR + WPS + Production test and etc, )
-Checking NDT Personnel Qualification Register updated
-Input Data from QC Inspector & prepared Report and submitted the complete report.
