To perform the incoming, inprocess and the final inspection of the parts & maintain the records.

Good experience in PPAP documents,PFD,PFMEA/DFMEA, control plan,process knowledge,statistical process control(SPC), measurement system analysis(MSA), gage R&R study.

Prepare the SOP / OST / OPS / work instructions / control plan and process related documentations.

To prepare the PDI, packing list of the product, verifying material test certificates for the incoming materials.

Develops, maintains, analyzes (using sound statistical methodology), and seeks to improve company quality data, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, quality records, quality measures, quality documentation, etc.

Hands on experience of problem solving methodology and root cause analysis,problem solving tools like 8D, 5 –Why analysis etc.

Work with the production manager and design team to sort out all quality related issues.

Experience in new product developments / Advanced product quality planning (APQP).

Take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain the record.

Hands on working experience in shop floor with VMC / CNC machine, Milling / Turning lathe / Drillling / Milling / Grinding etc.

Preparation of detailed work instructions, displaying SOPs for various processes on the shop floor.

Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poke Yoke, 7QC tools, PDCA cycle, DMAIC process, layout inspection, maintaining calibration record of the measuring instruments etc.

Be capable of making decisions on Product Quality .
