JOB SUMMARY
Coordinating with the End Customer as well as with the Authorized Partners located all over the world spanning from APAC and EMEA regions, through the means of Call, Chat or Email and technically troubleshoot their issue to the core to provide them with a resolution.
Apart from technical resolution, ensuring that customer is totally satisfied with the product and its support services. Thereby handling all types of customers as needed and if necessary, provide timely escalation to the L2 Team

Responsible for troubleshooting Cyberoam UTM, XG UTM, Sophos firewall manager, Sophos AP, Cyberoam CCC and External iView.

To understand customer's requirement and implement policies as needed thereby ensuring client is satisfied with the technical resolution provided.
Troubleshooting hub and spoke architecture for IPSec VPNs with Cyberoam / XG and other products. Also troubleshoot SSL, PPTP and L2TP VPN with Cyberoam / XG.
Work interactively with clients, partners and TAC team of different products like Checkpoint, Fortigate, Cisco, etc to test the solutions implemented or to achieve something as per customer's requirement.
Troubleshooting cases based on User level authentication methods, integration with AD and LDAP server, Radius Authentication and Single Sign On authentication.
Troubleshooting cases based on ACL, Anti-spam and Anti-virus module and troubleshoot to the core if required.
Troubleshooting cases based on Internet access policies, Web and application filter, Bandwidth policies, Surfing Quota policies and Data transfer policies
Conduct training sessions to improve technical skills of colleagues thereby improving the performance of individuals and my team.
Last but not the least, creating proper documentation regarding all initiatives and steps taken to troubleshoot the issue and based on acknowledgement, closing the case in timely manner. ACHIEVEMENTS
