Human Resources Manager (2014-2017)

Reported to the CEO with a dotted line to the Global VP HR. Led team of 4 overseeing all aspects of the HR function at a manufacturing plant employing 330+ associates. Managed annual operating budget of over $400K. Head of Controlling/Financial Analyst (2005-2014)

Reported to the CEO. Responsibilities: Developed annual and quarterly plant budgets/forecasts and annual investment and cost center budgets. Developed annual plant headcount and projected personnel costs. Calculated machine and personnel hourly rates. Multi-national food manufacturer. The Worthington Kellogg Plant (formerly Worthington Foods) was purchased by Kellogg in 1999 and then in 2005 production was moved to Zanesville, OH. QC Production Supervisor (2002-2004)

Reported to Quality Control Manager. Responsibilities: Led crew of 7 hourly employees in a union environment coordinating the weekly set-up of production equipment. Accomplishments: Developed production set-up procedures resulting in plant receiving upgrade from bronze to silver across one audit cycle. Reason for leaving: New position. Cost Accountant (2001-2004)

Reported to Plant Controller. Responsibilities: Audited daily production inputs for two manufacturing plants, provided daily analysis of production variances to production leadership team. Developed and maintained standard costings, and oversaw annual standard cost estimating for two plants. Provided monthly variance explanations to corporate.
