Human Resource Management as my major. Started off as accounting so I had a large concentration of those classes before I changed.
Skills
Organized, integrity, trustworthy, flexible, committed, personable, responsible, leadership, attention to detail…. All of these are good and solid skills that can describe me. I also possess the ability to see the big picture, see consequences for decisions and actions and know how to follow orders. I like to lead by example and give input in a respectful way. I have the experience in education the qualifications for the business and accounting requirements, several years of direct experience and several years of management experience outside of education to understand how all of the jobs work together.
