Having experience in 30TPH AFBC Boiler from Sep2017 to till date.

JOB PROFILE:

Performing start up and shutdown of the steam turbines, synchronizing with the grid and raising it to base load. Preparing Daily reports of fuel, Steam and Generation of the complex.

Monitoring the values of Turbo supervisory instruments during start-up, shut down and normal running of plant.

Knowledge and Experience in working in Boiler DCS Operation

Knowledge and Experience in working in condensate Turbine. Raise and decrease the load manually.

Observing & maintaining turbine bearing and Lub oil tempretures. Attending turbine shutdown jobs

Knowledge in Maintenance of Plant Rotary Equipments (Pumps, Blower, Fans, Gearbox).

Follow-up material requisitions/purchase orders raised for raw materials, consumable and critical spares, required for smooth running of plant and follow-up with purchase department.

Give instructions to workers for smooth running of the plant

Prepare the daily reports of the boiler and fallow up the preventive maintenance jobs and reports

Knowledge in Cold And Hot start up of the Boiler
