The company has its own branches at various places in the country.The company searching for new avenues for business enhancements and competitive edge using Information technology to make better decisions. This project is aimed at evaluation of Sales, Functional Performance of the business. Distribution channels have been traditionally through direct sales and catalog orders campaigns and various media like telemarketing, enquiry and internet.

Client wants to have some system which can give some intelligent Informational reports &

his existing business situation and how he can analyze specially his business. Data Warehouse (DW) to facilitate near current reporting and ETL process to populate DW.

Sales analysis provides information about key performance indicators identified as critical for business. The sale data is from various platforms was brought into oracle. Using INFORMATICA Tool the data is extracted from source database and cleansed and transformed the data using transformations. Finally the data is populated into dimensions and facts. The project focuses estimating and analyzing the company s performance for last few years. It also helps to analyze sales in different areas and different seasons.
