Feb 2017 - Date Senior Project Manager, Perfect Image – IT Solutions LTD

Leadership of a team of Project Managers and Product Owners covering both Agile and Waterfall project delivery. Team provides PMO and Product Owner services to the delivery teams in Perfect Image. Responsible for standardising project delivery methodology and implementing quality measures over all project portfolios; Software Development, ERP, SharePoint, D365, Infrastructure and Cloud services.

Standardised a company wide project methodology, full life cycle covering; project initiation, governance, risk and issue management, change management, reporting / tracking and project closure.

Implemented a proactive alarm team to support a managed voice/data/IPCC service to DWP Account. Challenging technical delivery integrating multi-vendor equipment (Cisco, 3Com, Cisco Works and SMARTs).
