American Red Cross Volunteer Central Texas Chapter. I have made many contributions to this organization. In 2005 I spent three days working in child care for the victems of Hurricane Katrina. 2015
I worked as an intern with the Health Promotion Office on campus. We offer non-judgemental information, support, and referral for a wide range of social issues on campus. I have had the opportunity to get involved in various health fairs where we presented information on smoking cessation, alcohol awareness, and basic health and nutrition topics. I also gave presentations to freshman students as part of their "first year experience" which covers various alcohol related topics.
