Network Engineer/Planning Consultant 2015 - 2017
Managed cost reduction initiative with Verizon West Territory working with internal and external resource to develop and implement network plan.
Reduce time-division multiplexing (TDM) cost in Verizon West Territory by $21M in 2016 and $13.5M in 2017.
Lead six sub-markets in review of network database to identify right-sized trunking opportunities and migrate traffic to existing platforms, consolidate traffic and disconnect or re-term trunks as warranted.

Managed dispute resolution and supported billing and planning teams in process and procedure development and improvement with Headquarters and West Territory.
