Parts Manager January 2012-Present

Manage inventory to maintain the correct/current levels for over 400 Frac equipment consumable/fast moving repair parts. Assist mechanics with ordering parts for CAT / Cummins Engines. Order ALL repair parts as requested Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure all parts are placed on the work order (WO). Ensure any parts not used are, returned if not needed or Re-Stocked on the shelf and removed from the WO. Issue parts to Shop / Field mechanics/ Equipment Operators as needed. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly parts inventory per FTSI schedule. Conduct Monthly “spot” inventories to identify losses and make adjustments through the District Manager. Organize and Bin Locate entire Parts Room to include external warehouse areas. Receive and confirm quantities of all inbound shipment. Monthly reduction and return of slow/no move items. Manage shop supply inventories as well as all bulk products. Assist Operations to maintain light duty vehicles for preventive maintenance. Coordinate and approve repairs required to retain light duty vehicles.

Maintain maintenance records for all Frac Equipment and manage equipment list for district. Maintain permits as needed for all moving equipment for job locations. Maintain a daily preventive maintenance log for frac units. Update the movement of equipment and provide crews with permits, insurance cards, hazmat permits, request license plates as needed and registrations.
