Grew a niche consulting company from two million per year revenue to 12 million per year as the chief technology officer. Growth catalyst Grew up from the ranks to become a CTO at a niche consulting company Indus that had 10 people working at the time of my entry and about 2 million dollars in annual revenue. Improved it to 65 people and 12 million dollars annual revenue within six years, often leading the team to success by mitigating technical and political hurdles quickly and decisively.

Enterprise Strategist Built the Compliance and Risk infrastructure and systems at S&P after they became an NRSRO and ensured that everything was aligned to the enterprise roadmap and best practices.

Turnaround Specialist At FAST the customer had just given a chance for FAST to make amends for the previous performance issues and other system issues. Working strategically and tactically with both the product development team and the customer ensured the successful completion of 2 critical deployments. This allowed FAST to negotiate future contracts with the customer where the customer would be migrating all of their existing products to the FAST platform. At Indus ensured improved revenues, retention of workforce, and repeat business from customers.

Thought Leader At Provenir the implementation teams were following several different processes and various degrees of success. Created a unified process and enforced the use of same set of tools starting with Jira for all the teams and unified the reporting and success and performance measurement as well.

Deep business & technology acumen With an extensive IT knowledge and expertise and in concert working with the executive team to identify, evaluate, select, and execute the right strategies and initiatives to achieve value-building goals. Successfully managed the development and deployment of several applications, some of the applications are still in use. The total number of applications would number more than 50 and the production deployments would number more than 200. Selected tools that defined the future profitability for the niche consulting company like Sybase, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, Forte, WebLogic, Neuron Data Elements, and PowerBuilder. Also made several tool selections at S&P for Compliance and Risk implementations, for example: TeamConnect, CA Email Surveillance tool etc… In addition, well versed with Finance, Insurance, and Loan Origination business terms and processes among other business domains. Selected Jira at both Provenir and FAST for Agile development.
